The Shopping Show Etiquette

1. Exhibitors are responsible for transporting items to their space, providing own materials, arranging displays and staffing.
2. Exhibitors are required to arrive during set up time and have their displays set up, attended and open to the public during the hours of the show. Any exhibitor who packs up and leaves the show early will not be invited back to future Vendor Show Production Events and Shows.
3. Exhibitors are expected to keep their sales area neat and professional in appearance.
4. Full Payment is due at the time when this application is submitted online. The only form of payment accepted at this time is Paypal. There are NO refunds issued on table payments, unless the show is cancelled or your application is not approved. Please make sure the show dates fit into your schedule before submitting the application form.
5. Exhibitors will receive approval confirmation and show information either by email or phone.
6. Tape, Nails, Staples, Etc are not permitted to be used on floors or walls.
7. Subletting or sharing of exhibitor space is not permitted unless permission is granted from Vendor Show Productions.
8. Table Coverings are required. Coverings are not provided, unless otherwise indicated. Tables and chairs will be provided.
9. Exhibitors property shall be exhibited at his/her own risk and either the facility or Vendor Show Productions assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to his/her property due to fire, theft or any other case beyond the control of the both facility and show management.
10. Vendor Show Productions recommend its exhibitors carry temporary liability insurance. Temporary policies can be purchased by contacting us directly. Exhibitors can also purchase policies through their existing insurance carrier.
11. Vendor Show Productions will invest in required advertising and marketing prior to show dates, however at no time will Vendor Show Productions be responsible for low or poor show visitor turn out numbers.
I hear by make application to participate as a exhibitor in the Shopping Show. I agree to abide by the show rules and regulations set forth in this application form. I understand that once I submit this form, I will be re-directed to Paypal for payment of my table fees. I understand that table fees are non-refundable, unless my application is not approved or the show is cancelled or postponed.
